4 short documentary films for the empowerment of young refugees
On June 25th at 8:30 PM, Kyklos, the lab of incommon, invites you to a special screening co-organized with IHA – Intereuropean Human Aid Association, on the occasion of Refugee Week (June 17-23, 2024).
The event will present four short documentary films made by seventeen young people living in Lagadikia camp in 2023. The documentaries were made as part of a participatory video project that sought to empower culturally diverse migrant youth through audiovisual tools and provide them with a platform in order to allow them to express their realities and experiences. Each short documentary tells a different story of migration by young people seeking asylum in Greece.

The documentaries will be presented with both Greek and English subtitles.
